Hi, my name is Dale. When Dr. Connors bought the practice in 2009, I was impressed with his high standards in the quality of his dentistry as well as a genuine concern for his patients, their oral health, and his active service in the community. I really enjoy all the team members I work with and am privileged to be part of such a great

professional team that care about the wonderful people we serve together.

My husband and I live in beautiful Spring Valley, and have three boys. We enjoy spending time with family and friends. I am actively involved in our church and I enjoy playing piano and violin, bicycling, reading, and stamping.

Hello! My name is Danielle Steinbach. I started my dental career in 2012 as a Dental Assistant and eventually moving into a front office role. I take pride in helping others achieve their dental goals and obtain the smile they have always wanted.

Outside of the workplace I enjoy playing volleyball, reading, and spending time with my family. My husband and I welcomed our son Taavi to the world in 2022. I look forward to getting to know the Spring Valley Community.

Hello, my name is Tammy Dresel. I started my dental career over 30 years ago working as a dental assistant. I had the opportunity to become a dental consultant where I was a clinical trainer and coached offices on developing systems while focusing on customer service. I’m now excited to be greeting you at the front desk of Spring Valley Dentistry.  This is an amazing office that offers advanced, high quality care in a state of the art facility. I feel blessed to be a part of a team that strives to make each patient feel comfortable through communication and individualized patient care.

I live in Colfax and in my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Being from a small town myself, I love being a part of and working in the beautiful Spring Valley community. 

My name is Aarynn Bosshart. I absolutely love working at Spring Valley Dentistry alongside such a talented, professional, and compassionate staff in a community that I love. I grew up in Spring Valley, and it’s so great to be living back in my favorite town!

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, especially with my sons Eli, Noah, and Michael and husband Tyler. I also enjoy staying active, teaching guitar lessons, dabbling in the arts, and volunteering at my church. 

My name is Erin. Upon graduating from Chippewa Valley Technical College, it was my goal to work with a great team who provides quality care, and that's exactly what I found when I started at Spring Valley Dentistry. I enjoy working in such a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere where the well-being of the patients comes first. Over the last couple of years I have enjoyed getting to know the Spring Valley community and developing a relationship with the patients.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband Patrick and four kids, Preston, Grayson, Everly, and Audrey. I also enjoy photography, crafts, and gardening.

I feel blessed practicing side by side with extraordinary, highly educated team members who value our patients care as top priority. Since graduating in 2002 with presidential honors, I have enjoyed many aspects of my career. My overall mission is to educate patients while offering compassionate care without judgment.

I reside in Menomonie with my husband and two daughters. As a family we enjoy being outdoors and active.

Hi, my name is Jeanne and I have been a dental hygienist since 2012.  I have always loved getting to know my patients and building strong relationships with them. I very much look forward to doing that here in the great community of Spring Valley!  I am so happy to have found such a compassionate and fun team to work with.  I love the comfortable atmosphere we have; it brings me joy to say I am a part of such an amazing team!

I was born and raised in Menomonie, where I reside with my husband Nick, our son Michael and our two fur babies, Zoey and Payton. I love to spend time with my family, going up north to the cabin and spending time at the lake.  I love fishing and hunting with my family and reading!

Hello, my name is Hayley, and although I’m not a Spring Valley native, I felt at home at Spring Valley Dentistry the second I walked in. The dentistry I see everyday is extraordinary, but most of all, the hospitality of the workers and patients is just astounding. I look forward to coming in every day.

In my time away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two kids, friends, and family. I also love puns and jokes, all of which bring on a smile.  

My name is Alissa Trinko, and I love my job here at Spring Valley Dentistry. We have such a fun staff and everyone gets along really well.

My free time is usually spent with friends and family or at the gym. I also really love drawing, painting, and spending time outside.

Hello! My name is Kali and I was born and raised in Spring Valley. I have been a dental assistant for four years, two of which have been working in pediatric offices. I enjoy working with the team at Spring Valley because everyone is so friendly and they genuinely care about their patients. They treat everyone like family, and it is special to be a part of that.

Hi! My name is Alex Holldorf. I have been a dental assistant since May of 2021 after graduating from the dental assisting program at Chippewa Valley Technical College. I have a true passion for helping others attain a beautiful smile and I am proud to be apart of an office that values their patients.
